  • Since each family is an independent employer, each family should provide the nanny with a separate salary in Gross-term.
  • To submit tax and NI on the nanny’s income, each parent must register as an employer with HMRC and set up their PAYE plan. 

 

  • When it comes to holidays, each family may consider the opinion of the others to reach a common solution. As a result, they each get to pick a week, while the nanny gets to pick two. Little Ones assists employers in calculating holiday allowance compensation. 
  • Two or more families that engage the same nanny through the nanny sharing plan should register and have their own Employer’s Liability Insurance Policy. 
  • This insurance coverage assists employers in compensating when the nanny falls ill. 
  • The employment contract must be separate for each employer to avoid any confusion.

Live-out nannies are those who provide help and work as full-time employees without residing in your home. It’s best for the families who are not comfortable with nannies staying with them.   • The income per week includes £400 – £500 gross pay
  • Their work is average of 50 hours per week
  • The nannies work 5 – 6 days per week as per the families need, higher salary for nannies if needed

 

If the employers need childcare for a night at some time, the nannies can work during the night with an extra salary provided. We will also provide permanent and temporary nannies as near as possible from your home.
