Holiday Calculator
For every employee, there is a government rule to provide legal minimum Holiday entitlement. It is the employer’s liability to provide an employee’s holiday allowance. These details are entitled to the employment contract. It is also the employer’s responsibility to govern and execute the holiday pay with due.
As per the holiday entitlement law, a full-time employee must provide a minimum of 28 days of paid leave per annum. If the employers are willing to provide more days and pay for the holiday, then it’s their wish. The holiday will be taken as it is provided.
The holiday entitlement also includes bank holidays within the 28 days provided. If your employee wishes to take the bank holiday, this day will be deducted from the total days of the holiday entitlement. If your employee or you wish to remove the bank holiday from a total of 28 days, then it can proceed with the consent of both.

You can calculate the holiday pay for assuring the days or hours your employee is provided with based on their working period. You can calculate the holiday pay in days if your nanny works at the same number of hours for a month. You must calculate the holiday entitlement in hours when your employee works different hours each day.
You should set hours per week if our Holiday Entitlement Calculator provides the calculation of holidays if they provide fixed hours of the employee’s working hours. If it varies each day and you are troubled with the calculations, then you can inform our HR team we are obliged to calculate your employee’s holiday entitlement on behalf of you.
