Nanny Salary Index

We offer you the employee salary index once every year. The pay scale disclosed by the employers has been used to determine this. It is accessible to both in-home and out-of-home nannies. It is usually based upon each employee’s records of payroll and data that is stored.

EMPLOYEE SALARIES

So, the UK Government announced a scheme that helps the families permitted with COVID Job retention. The families will receive a compensation amount of up to 80% of their employee’s salary with tax. 

Our furlough data shows that an average of 80% of nannies resumed their work while others only provided job retention by their employers during the lockdown period.

GROSS PAY

Our Employee Salary Index divulges that the majority percentage of employers provide Gross Pay to their respected employees in the employment contract. The percentage of Gross pay usage rises every year.

SALARY RATE PER HOUR

The average Gross Pay calculated per hour provided by the employers has rapidly increased this year. The demand for part-time and school nannies is increasing day by day due to the expansion of modern-day working parents. Usually, the net salary per hour of the employees, calculated as 50 hours per week. So that, there will be a sample of the weekly, monthly, and annual pay rates for those employers who are in the idea of hiring part-time employees.

Verify that your nanny is legally permitted to work in the UK

Simply check an ID document (e.g. passport or visa.)

Calculate your overall cost by agreeing on a gross salary.

Make sure you have a Employment contract in place.
